Additionally, my work as a medical professional has given me a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology of the body, as well as good social and communication skills. My education at the Personal FITNESS Academy as a Health and Fitness Coach, has given me the qualifications and tools needed to turn my lifestyle and passion into my profession as a Health and Fitness Coach.
These all have contributed to creating “The Mikan Method”. The core values of this training technique consist of a conscious awareness of your own body. With a proper mindset and awareness of what your body is capable of, you embark on a journey to creating spine and joint stability as well as flexibility, muscle building and body transformation, maintaining physical health long term.
