Maintaining a healthy lifestyle has always been an integral part of my modeling career. Additionally, my work as a medical professional has given me a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology of the body, as well as good social and communication skills. My education at the Personal FITNESS Academy as a Health and Fitness Coach, has given me the qualifications and tools needed to turn my lifestyle and passion into my profession as a Health and Fitness Coach.

These all have contributed to creating “The Mikan Method”. The core values of this training technique consist of a conscious awareness of your own body. With a proper mindset and awareness of what your body is capable of, you embark on a journey to creating spine and joint stability as well as flexibility, muscle building and body transformation, maintaining physical health long term. Allow me to inspire and accompany you to achieving your own personal fitness goals.

When it comes to building a sturdy house, we all agree that beginning with the foundation is essential! It’s the same with training our bodies, beginning with core strength for a stable foundation, strengthening the body from the inside out.

Core Strength

The Mikan Method focuses on creating a solid foundation for your body by strengthening internal muscles first. Then, implementing mobility and stability exercises for spine and joint health, which in the process, builds external muscles and strength!
