This course is designed to support you while going through menopause and beyond. Since loss of bone density, known as Osteoporosis, is the biggest issue we face during and post menopause, these classes are structured to build and maintain strong muscles and bones with weights and to work on spine and joint stability as well as mobility and flexibility, promoting longevity.
