10 units + one alternate 
Tues + Thurs 10 am 

 

In my Postnatal Fitness courses, the primary focus is on restoring and strengthening the pelvic floor, core, abdominal and back muscles, adapted to individual needs and experiences. Beginning with breathwork, we will work progressively on rebuilding the pelvic floor as well as abdominals, buttocks and back muscles.

*Postnatal Courses take place with a minimum of three participants.
